It all really started during the summer of 2007. I recently turned 30 and had been exchanging messages online with a boy I thought was the most gorgeous I had ever seen. He claimed he was 18, but I was skeptical. Eventually he convinced me to meet him. The first thing I did was ask for ID, and true to his word, he had recently turned 18.  He was wearing a solid maroon t-shirt and some khaki shorts. He was so nervous and talked as if he was set on fast forward. I could see that he was sweating. I asked him to come to me, and I embraced him gently from behind. I can not adequately describe the feeling I felt. It felt like being jolted awake. It was magnetic. It felt more right than anything ever had in my life. He turned around and we hugged during what felt like a suspension of time. I knew instantly that our spirits spoke the same language. We would meet regularly from 2007 until the Universe created the perfect set of circumstances that brought us together in 2012. He is the greatest gift I could have ever imagined and I’m grateful for his equally passionate love for me ever day. Happy 8th Anniversary my love- my muse. I can’t wait to live out the next chapter of our lives together.
